Tia is a multi award-winning writer/director based in the UK, specialising in comedy across scripted films, music promos and branded content. Tia is a recipient of the BCG Pro Production Award, finalist in the Sitcom Mission industry showcase and currently on the Director's UK mentor scheme 'Inspire'. Tia is a returning member of BAFTA Crew with film commissions from BFI, Exeter Phoenix and Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She directed additional scenes on the independent feature 'Game' due for release in 2025 (Invada Studios). Her broadcast writing credits include Nickelodeon and BBC3.
Tia’s short films have screened and won awards at OSCAR and BAFTA-qualifying festivals including; BFI London Film Festival, Vienna Shorts, London Short Film Festival, Encounters, Aesthetica and Underwire. Her music promo work has premiered online with 'Q Magazine', 'Vice' and 'Stereogum'.
